hello, i'm a beginner in PelicanHPC. i want to add "Abinit" software (whose main program allows one to find the total energy, charge density and electronic structure of systems made of electrons and nuclei (molecules and periodic solids) within Density Functional Theory (DFT)),
i created a partition for the permanent storage to install Abinit in it.
i'm asking if:
during configuration of Abinit should i enable mpi or install it without enabling it?
